THE MESHA STORY
Meet Founder Nikki Schanzer
I know what it takes to succeed in high-growth tech environments. At companies like Dropbox, Groupon, Hopin, Outreach, and TopHat, I've led global teams, scaled programs across continents, and helped hundreds of sales professionals find their stride. While working at startups, I've sold enterprise products, been through two IPOs and multiple acquisitions, made career pivots, built and scaled GTM functions, and led teams through the highs and lows of the tech space.
Through all these experiences, one big truth became clear to me: The bulk of what stands between us and what we want is how we communicate. Communication has always been my passion, and it's at the heart of what Mesha Coaching is all about. From a young age, I was drawn to understanding people’s challenges and helping them find clarity—whether through advice or simply making them feel heard.
Mesha Coaching is the evolution of that passion. It’s a space where leaders come to share their stories. We help them navigate their path with empathy, strategic guidance, and the tools they need to communicate with impact. Our work is built on the foundation of listening, understanding, and empowering clients to lead with confidence and clarity.
Today, I lead coaching and leadership programs globally for LinkedIn's Talent Solutions business, working with over 400 leaders while maintaining Mesha as a select coaching practice. I hold Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credentials from the International Coaching Federation. I was also named one of the 100 Powerful Women in Sales 2023, and serve as a Sales Assembly Thought Leader.
